Tom is a founder and product/growth operator. He most recently co-founded Elastyc AI, an AI-powered recruiting copilot that uses smart automation to compress hiring workflows, after a stretch as Lead Product Manager at Skillz and CEO of Readyfire (acquired by Skillz in 2019). An AngelPad alum with a BS from UVA and an MBA from Texas McCombs, Tom brings the founder's instinct for the activation surface — the first session, the first invite, the first reason to come back. At Omega Point he pairs with founding teams through the diagnostic and leads the build phase for PLG and lifecycle infrastructure.

David is a staff engineer and former VP of Engineering with fifteen years building 0→1 products and the platforms that scale them. He's currently Staff AI Platform Engineer at SoloSuit, where he architected SoloPilot and Resolver — two agentic AI chatbots in the debt-settlement space that handle case management, legal document processing, and streaming responses. Before SoloSuit he led Ruby on Rails delivery at Apple, ran senior engineering at the Pi Core Team, shipped staff-level work at Code Climate, and served as VP of Engineering at FranFunnel. Stanford CS, '03. At Omega Point he owns the platform and engineering side of every engagement: the analytics infrastructure, the agentic AI systems, and the scalable backends growth models depend on.

Rohan is a machine learning engineer. He's currently a Senior Software Engineer at Taktile in New York, shipping the ML inference infrastructure that runs decision systems at scale. He returned to Taktile after an internship at Adobe building related-query suggestions on top of probabilistic models and knowledge graphs, and before grad school he was a graduate analyst at Citi designing internal MLOps platforms for trade settlement and counterparty-risk anomaly detection. He holds an MS in Computer Science from UC San Diego and a BTech from Delhi Technological University, where he ranked in the top 0.3 percent of India's undergraduate engineering admissions. At Omega Point he leads the ML and measurement work — the models that turn product telemetry into ranking, attribution, and growth-loop instrumentation.
